There are five pillars of manifestation:
Intention Make sure you know what you want. You’d be amazed how many people have no real clue what they want; they only know what they don’t want. You can start from there, for sure, and find out what you want through a process of elimination. Attention Focus your attention of what you want to achieve. I find that writing a manifestation list can often help to provide clarity and let you focus in on what exactly you are looking for. Imagination Visualizing your outcome (not how you’ll get there!) is vital for your manifestation success. Make your visualization so vivid that it feels like you’re really there, right now... not at some point in the future, but now. Involve all of your five senses and make it as real as possible. Do this every day. Emotion One major part of the visualization is emotion. Put as much feeling into it as you can; conjure up an overwhelming feeling of joy and gratitude. If you can do it to a degree that makes you burst into tears, you’re at the right level. Faith Believe that what you want is already yours; all it takes to see it in your world is the physical manifestation. It’s like a short story already forms and exists in your head before you put the words down on paper, so does your manifested desire already exist in your reality—you just can’t see it yet. Play make-believe and prepare your space for the fulfillment: If you want a new car, declutter your garage or buy some nice accessory for the car. If you want to travel, get a tourist guide book of the place you want to go to. Other tips: Don’t phrase your affirmations negatively. Don’t use words like “not,” “never,” “don’t,” if possible. Don’t use future tense, but present tense, as if it were already here. Don’t tell anyone about your wish until it has manifested. Also, one Quora commenter mentioned “subconscious programming” that keeps people from manifesting successfully. I could write a whole book on that (and might). But these are good first steps to take. An easy way to manifest and circumvent that programming is using the “Goodwill Manifestation,” which I describe in this free report. It’s a technique that doesn’t specifically ask for anything, but instead spreads blessings to you and everyone around you… and the most amazing things can happen when you use it. Brand-new manifestation movie—as far as I know, the first one since The Secret—and I was asked by Douglas Vermeeren, the producer, to help promote it. So I went on the website and watched the trailer, and it looked pretty decent, from what I could tell.
The website states, "Many of us were featured in the hit movie The Secret and became very good friends. We saw a need to expand on a few of the concepts that were heavily holding many entrepreneurs back from destined success. One of those concepts was the power of thought and what to do with that thought. We noticed a large success division between those that understood that power and those that did not. That is how the movie began..." Note: Douglas Vermeeren is an entrepreneur, influencer, and author of the book, Guerrilla Millionaire—Unlock the Secrets of the Self-Made Millionaire. For the full cast and trailer, check out the website. Most people think manifestation is all about willpower and focus. But the opposite—surrender—is also a hugely important factor. Psychiatrist and lifelong psychic Judith Orloff talks about the value of surrender and "going with the flow" in our lives, and how learning this valuable skill is the secret to a happy life.
